By accessing or using Vista Data, LLC ("Vista Data," "we," "us") services, you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Vista Data provides athletic and wellness performance analytics derived from health and fitness
data you choose to connect, including data from Garmin Connect. Insights are informational
only and are not medical advice. Vista Data is not a substitute for professional medical or
athletic guidance.
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Vista Data account. By using the service you
represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
You may connect third-party services such as Garmin Connect to your Vista Data account. By
connecting, you authorize Vista Data to access the specific data you approve through that
service's secure authorization flow. You represent that you are authorized to share the data you
connect. Authorization to Garmin uses Garmin's OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code flow with PKCE
(SHA-256 method); Vista Data never receives your third-party password.
You may, at any time:
Make either request at support@vistadata.io or via the self-serve control in the application.
Requests are acknowledged within 48 hours and completed within 30 days.
You agree not to: misuse the service; attempt unauthorized access to other users' data or to
Vista Data infrastructure; use the platform in violation of applicable law; reverse-engineer the
service except to the extent permitted by law; or use the service to collect data from athletes
who have not consented to participate.
Garmin® is a registered trademark, and Garmin Connect™ is a trademark of Garmin Ltd. or its
subsidiaries. Vista Data is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or
sponsored by Garmin. All Garmin data displayed within Vista Data is attributed to its source.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or
implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and
non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vista Data is not liable for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any decisions made by you, your coaches,
or any third party based on analytics provided through the service. Insights are not a substitute
for professional medical, athletic, or training advice.
You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion per Section 5. Vista Data
may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with reasonable notice except
where immediate suspension is required to protect users or the service.
We may update these Terms; we will notify you of material changes through the service or by
email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its
conflict-of-law provisions.
